Pizza Bianca with Figs and Blue Cheese
Pizza Bianca with Figs and bleu cheese, a fresh, diverse combination taking you out of the pizza comfort zone. The duality of sweet and savoury balances beautifully with the crispiness of the Bsisa base crust, which improves the nutritional profile of pizza and brings unique taste. Mix the flour, Bsisa Soprano, and salt with a wooden spoon - Add the yeast, sugar,mix, then pour in lukewarm water and mix again.
Add the 2 tbs of olive oil and knead the dough for another 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and comes off the container.
Cover with a tea towel and let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size: minimum duration 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7; Tip the dough onto a floured surface, knead briefly to smooth, Roll out your dough in the shape of a thin disc
Spread the crème Fraiche and the bleu cheese over the dough and bake for 10-15 mins until crisp at the edges and slightly puffed up
Toss the figs, walnuts, and mozzarella with the rocket. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar over the pizza and serve.
