Burger with Bsisa Patties

1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
3/4 Cup Water
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
3-4 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil for the fraying pan
A handful of flat leaf parsley
1 Avocado
1 onion
Sliced Cucumbers ( i prefer mixing them first in vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt and sesame oil )
1 tomato
Your favourite burger sauces
Burger buns ( i prefer a Rye bun)

Mix 1 Cup Bsisa, onion,3 tbsp finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp lemon juice, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric and salt.

Now gradually add 3/4 cup water until obtaining a thick dough mixture

Grease the surface of the shallow pan or any non-stick pan with some oil and heat the pan over medium-low heat.

Scoop out a lime size mixture, place it on the palm and gently press with another palm to flatten the ball and make round patties.

Fry a batch of patties for 3-4 minutes, then flip and fry another side for another 3-4 minutes or until patties are evenly browned.

Assemble now the burger: Toast buns with sauce of choice, parsley, cucumber, onion, Bsisa pattie sliced Avocado and tomato.
