Bsisa Energy Balls
These instant homemade Bsisa energy balls are easily customizable and have an amazing chewy texture. It is the perfect snack for your busy days. Super nutritious, they can be taken everywhere, at the office, in class or on camping.

Ingredients
1 cup of Barley Bsisa Powder or Rye Bsisa Powder or Bsisa Soprano Powder or Wheat Bsisa Powder or Oat Bsisa Powder or Carob Bsisa Powder or Buckwheat Bsisa Powder
1 cup of dates
1/2 cup of almond butter
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1/4 cup of chopped pistachios
1 tbsp of poppy seeds
1/3 cup of shredded coconut
Steps
In the food processor container, smooth the dates with the almond and Bsisa and the maple syrup.
Transfer the preparation to a bowl. Shape balls with your hands and decorate them. The balls can be kept for 10 to 15 days in the fridge in an airtight container
