We are committed to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible and handle them with love and care. However, we only process your purchases on weekdays, excluding public holidays. If you place your order on weekends will be dispatched on Monday. You will always receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and is prepared to ship.
As part of our commitment to provide you with excellent products at great prices, we cover the shipping cost if your order is over $70. Otherwise, the shipping is just $10 to anywhere in Australia. So you can always feel confident shopping with us, knowing that you're looking after your budget while looking after your health.
We send out orders every single day (except for public holidays). Orders received before midday are generally sent out the same day (excluding out of stock items). Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid delays in processing your order.

To ensure your order arrives safely and securely, we require Sendle to get a signature on delivery.
If you don't want this option and are happy for Sendle to leave your order in a secure location at your address, select the 'Authority to Leave' checkbox on the checkout and leave instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box. We'll then make sure that Sendle goes the order for you.
Please note that if you select 'Authority to Leave', you do so at your own risk. We may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. We don't advise 'Authority to Leave' as an option, so please select this only if you have a safe and secure location for your order to be left.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, deliveries may be delayed in some areas. Please allow extra time for delivery time estimate to your location.
Return policy
Unfortunately, we cannot return food items due to Australian food safety regulations and internal quality assurance. This reason enables us to adhere to strict HACCP standards and our zero cross contamination policy for the safety of our consumers.
If you received incorrect items, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you'll get a full refund for that item, but before processing refunds or exchanges, customers must send pictures of defects; without pictures, we cannot process a request. Your claim must be within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will solve your problem instantly.
Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
