Nothing is more delicious than warm, chewy chocolate chip cookies. Using Bsisa flour instead of all-purpose makes this a contender for the best-tasting cookie ever!
Preheat oven to 180°
Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in a large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centres will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
