Bsisa cookies
Nothing is more delicious than warm, chewy chocolate chip cookies. Using Bsisa flour instead of all-purpose makes this a contender for the best-tasting cookie ever!

Ingredients
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups Oat Bsisa Powder or Rye Bsisa Powder or Buckwheat Bsisa Powder or Barley Bsisa Powder or Wheat Bsisa Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
Steps
Preheat oven to 180°
Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in a large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 5 cm apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centres will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
