Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
¼ cup vegetable oil
Water for kneading the dough
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
2 Green chillies chopped
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Chopped Green or Red Onion
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Mustard oil
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves
Steps

Place the flour in a large bowl, add water and combine until a slightly sticky dough comes together. Knead for 5-6 minutes or until smooth, then shape into a ball, cover in plastic wrap and stand for 10 minutes.

In a bowl mix Bsisa ,salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili and red chili powder, onion, lemon juice, garam masala, mustard oil and coriander leaves .Add an amount of water that makes the stuffing moist easy to fill with.

Make balls out of the dough for making parathas.

Sprinkle flour over the rolling board to avoid the sickening of dough.

Roll out to make parathas and fill a portion of Bsisa mix in the middle.

Enfold the filling properly and make flat balls for rolling it again.

Heat Tawa or pan and cook the paratha from both sides.

Apply a generous amount of ghee over both sides and cook until golden brown color,For better cooking keep the flame low.

Bsisa parathas are ready to serve hot with yogurt or a delicious chutney.
